1) Fansites only
2) Must have good content and a nice layout
3) Your site must be updated on a regular basis
4) I accept fansites about musicians, actors/actresses/models and movies/TV shows
5) I don't accept forums, personal sites and MSN/Yahoo groups, or sites that are located on free servers like geocities, freewebs, angelfire, etc
