Whether it’s a quick turn around the park on your beloved bike, board or blades or a swift splash in the local pool, exercise isn’t just great for the way you look but also the way you feel. And it’s a whole heap of fun to boot. You don’t need a logo laden one piece Lycra number or exclusive membership to a snooty gym either.
