hey guys, how are you doing? i have sent
out a few bulletins recently about me taking over parkbench studios, which
i'm very excited about! my album and solo project is still the main focus
of what i'm doing, but as an extention to that i'm just expanding the
production and studio side of things. the first project i'm doing with
the studios is a girl band - so check out that site and i'll keep you
posted with more updates soon. hope you're all well! ben x

hey guys,
just thought i'd leave you all a message to say hi. you may have noticed
that i am getting some help running this site.............. but wanted
to let you know that i still check in every day if i can to read all the
messages and comments you guys leave for me. i really appreciate reading
it and all your continued support! thanks to those of you who put up your
own video versions of my songs. they had some great moments! my new website
should be up and running soon so keep an eye out! in the meantime feel
free to visit my forum. you can still download 'red lady' if you haven't
already. hope you are enjoying it! i will also put up 'i messed up' for
you to listen to soon, as so many of you told me you wanted to hear it..............

just thought i'd put
up a quick blog to let you know how things are shaping up.............believe
it or not i'm still working on the album-been living with the same songs
for a while now so its time to freshen it up! hopefully there will be
a release schedule in place soon! also, im sorry i don't get time to reply
to all your messages-every single one is read but as alot of you know,
my typing is pretty slow so it takes me forever to get through them! also,
check out the poll for the ringtones.......can only put up ones that aren't
to do with bmg at this time as i would have to charge and i think you
guys should have it for free! hope you are all well and thanks for the
continued support! ben.

sorry...........know it's been a long time
since i posted up here. only just worked out the link for the forum! oh
well! hope you're all good and have signed up to the myspace page. will
be putting some more tracks up over the next week or so so check them
out! other than that, things are slow as ever but still trying to get
things moving! someone pointed out that it has been a year today since
i put out my last single-crazy! don't know where the time has gone! anyhow-take

just got back from euro disney which was actually pretty good! just wanting
to let you all know that i (with alot of help) have now set up a my space

. still getting to grips with how it all works but im sure ill get it
soon enough! at least ill be able to keep you guys updated more regularly

March 10, 2006 - "ok ok ok..................."
hey all,
been reading alot of messages saying that i havnt posted on here for a
while and i guess its true so here it is! hope everybody is doing well!
ive been very busy writing and producing for other artists down at metrophonic
which has been going great so should have some cuts coming very soon.
havnt managed to get alot of sleep though but hey-pleanty of time for
that when i leave the planet! also been recieving alot of p.m.'s about
the ins and outs of moderators/admin/banning people etc. this is the job
of the people at sony bmg and will all be resolved as soon as we have
a release date scheduled then the site can be up and running properly
as i dont really know what im doing when it comes to all of that! as for
my own album things are progressing slowly but surely so will hopefully
have more news for you all soon. would be good for you all to hear a few
more tracks though so im gonna get on to the people in the know to get
some kind of stream or something going on. anyways, must dash but looking
forward to seeing you all soon! ben. xx

January 30, 2006 - "time for a clear out!................"
hey all,
just thought i'd leave you all a message to say hi and to let you know
whats going on coz ive recieved quite a few pm's asking the same thing!
firstly, i've got new management now which is great because that was really
holding things up-the next single will be i dont wanna stay and will be
out in time for christmas (only kidding, we're having meetings this week
and next to decide on release dates etc.) and the rest i.e. photoshoots,
videos, gigs etc. will be planned in once we know when the release date
is. i know its frustrating not having this site updated more frequently
but we'll get on the case with that asap-frustrating for me too! great
to see the messages you guys have been posting on other sites to get the
word out there-every little helps! hope you are all well.

hey all!
i know its a little late but this is the first time ive managed to get
to a computer! hope you all had a good one (already messed up my new years
resolution but hey!)
im in miami at the moment-weather is great so the suntan is coming along
nicely! looking forward to getting on with things when i get back-promise
ill do some work eventually! just to let you know im not with jo anymore
and havn't been for a while-still good friends so thats cool. so, all
in all, life is good and i look forward to seeing you when i get back!

just a quick one to say thank you to all
of you that left me birthday messages-had a great day and cant really
remember the evening which means it must have been good too! also to those
of you that send me pm's, sorry i dont reply to them all but as ive explained
before, my typing is very slow. i do read them though and appreciate them
being left for me.
i just spent the weekend in paris which was cool. i read that some of
you saw me there-you should've come say hi! oh well-next time. anyway,
hope you're all well and have managed to avoid the xmas rush and got all
your presents already! (i certainly havn't!)

sorry once again for having left it so long!
my fingers where hurting and, erm, my hand was erm.......anyway, hope
you all enjoyed halloween and managed to catch some fireworks at the weekend.
i was down at the kiss awards on saturday which was cool. still getting
video treatments through for dont wanna stay. havnt decided on anything
just yet so any ideas are welcome! if you guys get a chance you should
check out some of the unnofficial sites coz they're great and big thanks
to those of you that have spent so much time on them. also a big thank
you to the moderators (especially susan) who are keeping the site up and
running even with the lack of any proper news! also, i hope to see as
many of you down at butlins as possible. think im probably off to norway
for xmas then to miami, and then bahamas so hopefully i can get rid of
this pasty look i've got! take care.

feels like an age since i last posted a message up on here! sorry!
looks like ive now found a management company im happy with which is great-will
fill you all in on the details when its confirmed-so hopefully things
will start moving now. spent the weekend in paris which was cool-nice
break from the studio!
been doing alot of writing for other artists recently which has proved

the end of the year. would be nice to be releasing my own stuff but hey,
these things take time and weve got alot behind the scenes work to do
before the relaunch next year! i know its hard when im not doing any public
appearances to find things to talk about on this site but i wanna say

an age.............."
hey,
sorry it has been so long since ive left a message! had quite a few things
to sort out. just wanted to let you know that things are still going forward
in the right direction though so no worries there!
i dont wanna stay is likely to be the next single-because of release dates
etc and having parted company with my management team it looks unlikely
that ill be able to get another single out before the end of the year
which is frustrating but hey-thats life! important to make sure everything
is in place before i move ahead. so good to come on here though and see
the support you guys are giving me-love the unofficial sites to! they
seem to be updated more regularly than this one so ill have a word with
the powers that be and sort that out.
ive been doing some writing with brian rawlings for some other artists
which has been proving succesful so far which is good and we're looking
at putting in alot of gigs between now and the next single so ill let
you know where and when they are.
just a small thing but i think that on this site you should be aloud to
talk about anything related to me (within reason of course!) and dont
think it should be limited to just music as its a shame that you have
to go elsewhere to talk as this site is essentially created for you guys
(and myself) to use and enjoy using. i think the moderators have been
doing a great job so far so much love and respect. a bit of gossip is
always healthy though! its up to you guys so you make that decision but
its a thought.

hey guys,
hope you are all well-i've just got back from a quick trip to barcelona
and finland which was cool.
just thought i'd let you know that there have been a few things in various
magazines/papers etc. linking me to various people which always makes
me laugh coz most of them are untrue.....i dont know, take a picture with
someone and you are suddenly dating them?! ha! oh well, i suppose thats
the way it works!
just having to sort out a few things at the moment before things move
to the next stage-im enjoying doing the party in the park gigs and hope
to see as many of you possible at the next ones!

hey all,
really good to see those of you that have come down
to the various party in the parks ive been doing-sorry its not always
able to stop for long and chat but sometimes its out of my hands! id stay
thee all day if i could!(well, maybe not all day coz i might have do actually
do the gig, but you know what i mean!)
went to paris yesterday to the live 8 show over there. it was cool but
i ended up missing my train this morning and having to grab a last minute
flight into birmingham so by the time i got there i was feeling a little
worse for ware! my credit card got a bit of a hammering with the air far
and various different cabs etc, but hey, at least i made the gig!
other than that, my album is complete, the next single should be decided
upon next week and generally life is pretty good! hope you are all doing
well!

hey all,
thought it was about time i posted up a message!
big thank you to everyone that has been supporting everything ive been
doing over the last couple of months-been really great to see you all.
having alot of meetings this week to finalise which single to release
next-i know many of you wont have heard the other tracks from my album
but for those of you that have it would be great to let me know what you
think.
other than all the promotion etc. life with me is great and im looking
forward to the next boute! onwards and upwards!

June 1, 2005 - "Crazy Week"
Hey everyone,
Was so good to see lots of you in lakeside on Monday for
my first signing, thank you for coming down to say hi and hopfully you
all had a safe journey home.
This week is so busy! I was on TRL last night and then
GMTV this morning, but its been fun and its been good to see you all on
my travels.
Tomorrow I'm going to be opening a new HMV in Maidstone
and will be signing copies of my single again, so hope to see you all
very soon!!!

Hi Guys,
As I was driving home last night I heard somebody request Sorry on Radio
1. It's the first time I've heard the song on radio so thank you to whoever
took the time to phone up and ask for my song.
Just over a week to go until the release date so things
here are getting crazy, its been good to see everyone at radio stations
and TV shows and hopefully see you all again soon.

Hey everybody,
Sorry its been so long since I posted a message,
Things here have got so busy I don't even know what day it is!
Its been good to see you all on my travels and thanks so much for voting
for my video on The Box and all the music channels.
Hope you've all managed to hear the track whether its been on the radio
or on TV.
